Third Visual Project

So I'm collaborating with Will and we knew we wanted to comment on diversity on campus so we want to get the campus involved. we wanted to do something more along the limes of relational aesthetics but now its more of a community involvement piece. We want to put posters up that people can comment on and then take those posters and create a sculpted "St. Mary's Student" on which the diversity of the student population is presented. To emphasize the fact that we are going to counter stereotypes, we are going to create other sculpted bodies and have the end result be an installation of sorts where the audience sees the stereotypical students and then the diverse St.Mary's student. It's also a play on the idea "student body"...
